Fall 2026 Brays, Nov 4-6 Thomasville, Nov 20-22
A gun dog stands in the reeds with a drake mallard held soft in its mouth, a sprig of duckweed still caught on its head from the retrieve. Amber eye, wet coat, the green head of the drake: the painting turns on those three notes against a pale marsh.
Oil on canvas, 30 × 24 inches, 2026. Signed.
Framed and ready to hang.
